Agree the repair boundary and finish
The repair boundary may be one tile, a local plasterboard section, a complete room or a staged multi-area programme. Confirm whether the quote includes protection, demolition, waste, board or tile replacement, setting, sanding, painting, cornice, cleaning and service reinstatement.
Lighting and long sightlines can make finish transitions more visible in offices, retail and hospitality environments. Agree whether the completed result requires a local touch-up or a broader painted boundary.
